The Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction Contracting Operations Management qualification provides a nationally recognised qualification for candidates working in a management role in the construction industry. Candidates follow one of five pathways depending on their job role: Estimating, Buying, Planning, Surveying and General.
The NVQ Level 6 Diploma in Construction Contracting Operations Management is aimed at experienced managers within the construction industry who are not site based. This route is suitable for Contracts Managers, Company Owners/Directors Commercial Managers. On completion learners will be able to apply for the CSCS black site managers card.
The qualification assesses the learners competence in their role, therefore, in order to meet the assessment criteria candidates should be working in a role that will allow them to demonstrate the skills, knowledge and practice required to achieve the units.
The learner will be assessed using a range of methods tailored to the learners needs. These vary from on-site assessments, observations, written questions, evidence generated from the workplace, professional discussion, and witness testimonials.
